Clair Referral Program

This Clair Referral Program (“Referral Program”) outlines the requirements for obtaining a referral bonus.

Eligibility

To be eligible to receive a $50 bonus in your Spending Account:

1. The Referrer must: (a) have an active Clair Spending Account; (b) not have any overdue earned wage advances; and

2. The person being referred (“Referee”) must: (a) be employed by a Clair-enabled business; (b) be a new Clair user who has never previously opened a Clair Spending Account; (c) use the unique referral code provided  by Clair (“Referral Code”) to open a Clair Spending Account; (d) provide Clair with consent to share their account status with the Referrer, including whether the Referee has opened a Clair Spending Account and whether the Referee has set up direct deposit of payroll to their Clair Spending Account; (e) set up direct deposit of payroll into their Clair Spending Account; and (f) receive a paycheck into their Clair Spending Account.

3. A Referrer who has five (5) Referees use their referral link to open a Spending Account, update their direct deposit, and receive a paycheck, following steps (a) - (e) outlined above in number 2, will be eligible for an additional $100 bonus.

When referral bonuses are paid.

Both Referrer and Referee will receive their referral bonus within sixty days (60) of the Referee’s paycheck directly depositing into their Clair Spending Account.

Right to Share.

By entering a Referral Code and clicking send verification code within the Clair app, the Referee agrees to allow Clair to share with the person who referred them whether or not the Referee has created a Clair Spending and Savings Account, whether or not the Referee has begun creating their Clair Spending and Savings Accounts, whether or not the Referee has updated their direct deposit to their Clair Spending Account and whether or not the Referee has received a paycheck into their Clair Spending Account.

Expiration of Referral Program.

This Referral Program expires on June 3rd, 2024. To receive a bonus, the Referee must have a paycheck directly deposited into their Clair Spending Account by June 3rd, 2024.

Right to cancel program or change terms.

Clair may cancel this Referral Program or revise the conditions for receiving a bonus at any time. Any cancellation or change will not affect the bonuses to which Referrer or Referee were entitled before the effective date of the change or cancellation.

Customer acknowledges that by referring a friend through this program, customer is releasing non-public information. Referred person acknowledges that payment of the referral may result in the Customer’s knowledge of referred person establishing an account with us.
