Refer An Employer Program

This Clair Refer an Employer Program (“Program”) allows eligible participants to receive a referral bonus for referring eligible employers to offer Clair to their employees. The below terms and conditions outline the requirements for obtaining a referral bonus. 

Eligibility.

To be eligible to receive a $500 referral bonus:
‍
1. The Referrer must: (a) be actively employed at the employer they are referring to Clair (“Employer”); (b) be the first employee at that Employer to refer the Employer to Clair; (c) sign up for a Clair Spending Account once the Employer enables Clair; (d) provide Clair with the name, email, phone number, title for either the Employer’s HR Manager, Operations Manager, Owner, CEO, COO or someone with decision making authority to offer Clair; and (e) not themselves be the Employer’s HR Manager, Operations Manager, Owner, CEO, COO or someone with decision making authority to offer Clair.

2. The Employer referred to Clair must: (a) have at least 100 employees; (b) must not use one of Clair’s payroll or workforce management partners; (c) must be located in the United States; and (d) must go live with Clair within six months of the Referrer’s referral to Clair.

When referral bonuses are paid.
‍
If all above conditions are met, the Referrer will receive their referral bonus within sixty days of when the Employer began offering Clair to its employees. The referral bonus will be deposited into the Referrer’s Clair Spending Account.

Right to cancel program or change terms.
‍
Clair may cancel this Program or revise the conditions for receiving a bonus at any time. Any cancellation or change will not affect the bonus which Referrer was entitled before the effective date of the change or cancellation.
